Today I start my shoulder therapy. This is a series to help you with a recovery from a shoulder injury. It’s for everyone but remember to start slow and be consistent in your workouts main thing is to stretch up to the point without pain and each week go a little bit further without pain. Remember to stretch the muscles and tendons without too much pain. Each of these exercises will help correct the connective tissue that is blocked and not moving good luck and I look forward to your visits.
