I typically use 2 tbsp of whole bean per 6-8 oz of water, ground coarse. You may use more or less depending on how strong you like your coffee.
Put the coarsely ground beans into your french press.
Once your water is boiling take it off heat for about 30 seconds before pouring it into your french press.
Brew for 4 minutes (do not plunge until after 4 minutes).
After 4 minutes then plunge once and enjoy. Don't leave the coffee sitting in the french press too long or it may become bitter.

AUTO DRIP COFFEE MACHINE

Fill your coffee maker's reservoir with water.
Use 2 tbsp of beans per 6-8 oz of water, ground fine. You may use more or less depending on how strong you like your coffee. Coffee beans ground too coarse will create a very light coffee with less flavor.
Once the machine is done brewing try not to leave the coffee pot on the heater. This will ‘cook' the coffee and give it a burnt taste over time.

I had ordered from Amazon and it was not as good as advertised. By complaining, Cooper's delivered a new batch to me and a single origin coffee sampler. Wow what a difference in taste!. This is great fresh coffee. I would definitely order again but I would order directly from Coopers. I am staying away from Amazon for coffee since I have never received a fresh bag of coffee. A fantastic product that I would definitely order again! This was my first purchase of this type. The cost was low, and once I placed the order it arrived a few days later. Over the years I have dealt with a lot of other companies and were used to getting okay quality. But buying directly from Cricut was the Best thing ever! The quality is amazing, the processing time was fast, and the shipping was fast too. I ordered a bunch of different materials for a big project that I created both logos and script. My favorite set of vinyl I have purchased. Easy to use. The color is strong and vibrant. I have tried other makes but I always go back to the Cricut version as it is far superior to anything else. I appreciate the smooth transaction and will be using Cricut for all my future machines, so order yours today! Love this food, my dog is thriving on this, however. I find it to be very expensive for me to feed him. My Vet was concerned because I fed him his usual amount and he was losing weight. Had to increase the amount to bring him back to his performance weight. My order is three bags but finances don't allow for me to increase order. Half the previous food I had him on before, and half his favorite. My dog loves the food and I will keep him on it. Just be aware, its expensive for larger dogs! I also found a flat Kong disc that he loves – I put his food in that, and he has enough of a challenge to keep that intelligent mind challenged. These may be my favorite and I have purchased from them several times in the past, but during this horrendous Covid-19 Virus Crisis I could not get out to purchase at any store. Fortunately, purchasing online is quick and easy and I ordered directly. Surprisingly, I was impressed with the customer service keeping me coming back for future purchases. Highly recommended.

Aging Beef

All Snake River Farms and Double D Ranch products are aged to maximize the flavor and texture of our beef. They employ two different methods:

Wet-Aging

A technique where subprimal cuts of beef are vacuum-sealed and allowed to rest in refrigeration for a minimum of 21 days. Natural enzymes tenderize the beef and allow deeper flavors to develop. The product is not exposed to the air, so there is no weight loss. Our products are all wet-aged 21 days or more before they are packaged and shipped.

Dry-Aging

A unique process where beef subprimal is placed in a carefully controlled environment in order to intensify their natural flavor and make them more tender. All products are dry-aged a minimum of 45 days which is the minimum amount of time to enhance the flavor.

How are the animals fed?

The product arrived well-packaged and completely frozen. Not a speck of silver skin or gristle. These are wonderful and will be a welcome meal when my son comes home from college for winter break. They can’t come home for Thanksgiving so I wanted to be sure there is something extra special for that 4-week break. The meat itself was tender and flavorful. A fantastic product that I would definitely order again! I typically use 2 tbsp of whole bean per 6-8 oz of water, ground coarse. You may use more or less depending on how strong you like your coffee.
Put the coarsely ground beans into your french press.
Once your water is boiling take it off heat for about 30 seconds before pouring it into your french press.
Brew for 4 minutes (do not plunge until after 4 minutes).
After 4 minutes then plunge once and enjoy. Don't leave the coffee sitting in the french press too long or it may become bitter.

AUTO DRIP COFFEE MACHINE

Fill your coffee maker's reservoir with water.
Use 2 tbsp of beans per 6-8 oz of water, ground fine. You may use more or less depending on how strong you like your coffee. Coffee beans ground too coarse will create a very light coffee with less flavor.
Once the machine is done brewing try not to leave the coffee pot on the heater. This will ‘cook' the coffee and give it a burnt taste over time.

This is great fresh coffee. I would definitely order again but I would order directly from Coopers. I am staying away from Amazon for coffee since I have never received a fresh bag of coffee. My Review of Chew Me Chicken Breast Jerky 3 Pack

Love this food, my dog is thriving on this, however. I find it to be very expensive for me to feed him. My Vet was concerned because I fed him his usual amount and he was losing weight. Had to increase the amount to bring him back to his performance weight. My order is three bags but finances don't allow for me to increase order. Half the previous food I had him on before, and half his favorite. My dog loves the food and I will keep him on it. Just be aware, its expensive for larger dogs! Really nice, deep rich flavor for him. This is dehydrated, raw food is the first food I have bought him that he consistently will eat every day! I still will give him some cooked meat occasionally, sometimes with his other favorite, their beef topper (which is like dog crack, lol!) The beef flavor is his favorite, but he likes the turkey, too. I also found a flat Kong disc that he loves – I put his food in that, and he has enough of a challenge to keep that intelligent mind challenged. These may be my favorite and I have purchased from them several times in the past, but during this horrendous Covid-19 Virus Crisis I could not get out to purchase at any store. Fortunately, purchasing online is quick and easy and I ordered directly. Surprisingly, I was impressed with the customer service keeping me coming back for future purchases. Highly recommended.

Serving Suggestions

I typically use 2 tbsp of whole bean per 6-8 oz of water, ground coarse. You may use more or less depending on how strong you like your coffee.
Put the coarsely ground beans into your french press.
Once your water is boiling take it off heat for about 30 seconds before pouring it into your french press.
Brew for 4 minutes (do not plunge until after 4 minutes).
After 4 minutes then plunge once and enjoy. Don't leave the coffee sitting in the french press too long or it may become bitter.

AUTO DRIP COFFEE MACHINE

Fill your coffee maker's reservoir with water.
Use 2 tbsp of beans per 6-8 oz of water, ground fine. You may use more or less depending on how strong you like your coffee. Coffee beans ground too coarse will create a very light coffee with less flavor.
Once the machine is done brewing try not to leave the coffee pot on the heater. This will ‘cook' the coffee and give it a burnt taste over time.

I had ordered from Amazon and it was not as good as advertised. By complaining, Cooper's delivered a new batch to me and a single origin coffee sampler. Wow what a difference in taste!. This is great fresh coffee. I would definitely order again but I would order directly from Coopers. I am staying away from Amazon for coffee since I have never received a fresh bag of coffee. A fantastic product that I would definitely order again! For bourbon lovers, it is a no brainer. This won't likely be for everyone, the concentrated flavor of the barrels these were aged in comes on strong and even a bit harsh or boozy. I loved it, my wife only enjoyed one of three and she's a bourbon drinker, so your mileage may vary. Get the flavor of choice you won't regret it and you'll crave it. Highly recommended!
