The product arrived well-packaged and completely frozen. These are wonderful and will be a welcome meal when my son comes home from college for winter break. They can’t come home for Thanksgiving so I wanted to be sure there is something extra special for that 4-week break. The pork itself was tender and flavorful. A fantastic product that I would definitely order again! Get one and you won't regret it and you'll crave it. Oh, and the leftovers are fantastic. Highly recommended. The best taste I've ever had, my family said they can tell the difference, well worth the price…and I qualify that by saying that the price restricts this to a rare special occasion only purchase. I've paid good money at excellent high-end restaurants and this is by far the best. Thanks for a great meal!

Wet-Aging

A technique where subprimal cuts of beef are vacuum-sealed and allowed to rest in refrigeration for a minimum of 21 days. Natural enzymes tenderize the beef and allow deeper flavors to develop. The product is not exposed to the air, so there is no weight loss. Our products are all wet-aged 21 days or more before they are packaged and shipped.

Dry-Aging

A unique process where beef subprimal is placed in a carefully controlled environment in order to intensify their natural flavor and make them more tender. All products are dry-aged a minimum of 45 days which is the minimum amount of time to enhance the flavor.

The product arrived well-packaged and completely frozen. After thawing the meat, I was able to make two large portions, and still have enough left over for a couple of steaks as well. I used some of the trimmings to make some beef stock as well. The meat itself was tender and flavorful. A fantastic product that I would definitely order again! I purchased the flavor pack which comes with Vanilla, Chocolate, Coconut, Hazelnut and Caramel pods. Well my friends, to my surprise I think I like these even more than the Nespresso pods!! I typically use 2 tbsp of whole bean per 6-8 oz of water, ground coarse. You may use more or less depending on how strong you like your coffee.
Put the coarsely ground beans into your french press.
Once your water is boiling take it off the heat for about 30 seconds before pouring it into your french press.

The product arrived well-packaged and completely frozen. Not a speck of silver skin or gristle. These are wonderful and will be a welcome meal when my son comes home from college for winter break. They can’t come home for Thanksgiving so I wanted to be sure there is something extra special for that 4-week break. The meat itself was tender and flavorful. I ordered some ribeyes just based on the taste of the first order. Best steak I've ever had, well worth the price…and I qualify that by saying that the price restricts this to a rare-special-occasion-only purchase. I've paid good money at excellent steak houses (including wagyu steak) and this is by far the best. Thanks for a great meal!

This was my first purchase of this type. The cost was low, and once I placed the order it arrived a few days later. Over the years I have dealt with a lot of other companies and were used to getting okay quality. But buying directly from Cricut was the Best thing ever! The quality is amazing, the processing time was fast, and the shipping was fast too. I ordered a bunch of different materials for a big project that I created both logos and script. My favorite set of vinyl I have purchased. Easy to use. The color is strong and vibrant. I have tried other makes but I always go back to the Cricut version as it is far superior to anything else.
